I enjoy cutting small stamping blocks out of lino. They are good for printing gift tags and wrapping paper by hand. This linocut is made up of seven blocks inked up and printed as an assemblage to make one larger print. Shetland is well known for knitting and textiles. This print is inspired by knitting patterns.
